This week takes us back out to Kenya working with both Mount Elgon and Kisumu coaches to deliver further training interventions as a part of their ongoing coach development pathway we have incorporated into the DFID Violence Against Women and Girls programme.
It is the very first time since the outset of the programme that we have brought the two projects together from their differing delivery locations in Kenya and will be a great opportunity for them to acquire further knowledge, share best practice, but most importantly it is going to bring these networks together for an open community awareness day in Kisumu, which will be planned, organised and implemented by both the groups. With a key message to all involved to Kick Out Violence Against Women and Girls.
